Flowers, Enrique Iglesias, and Corgi Photos // Blue Ash, OH

Meet: Emily + Hero

First off, so you all may read along with this blog as I have narrated it in my mind, know that every time I say or even type Hero’s name, Enrique Iglesias’ song Hero starts playing in my head. Do you all know that song, or am I showing my age? Eeek. Anyways, I digress. 

I had been location scouting the week before this pet session searching for wildflowers and found a ton at Summit Park in Blush Ash. Therefore, I met up with Emily and Hero at Summit Park for some beautiful wildflower photos. Well, the vast area I had found had all died. Facepalm. We continued and managed to find a few scattered throughout Summit Park. One area was literally in a median in the parking lot. Can’t tell, can you? ;) 

Emily’s dog, Hero, is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and let me say, I now completely understand why people say, “Corgi butts drive me nuts!” He is SO cute! Hero was a great, well-behaved boy with a heart-melting smile. This cuddly pup’s favorite game is peek-a-boo, which is the most adorable thing I have ever heard. Hero and Emily were complete naturals in front of the camera. I loved every moment of being their photographer.
