Meet: Jenna + Justin + Henry

Jenna and Justin recently added a new member to their family, Henry! They wanted to have this milestone in their lives documented to preserve all that puppy cuteness forever. Can you blame them? I mean, look at that adorable, little, red fluff ball! 

I met this family of three at a quiet park in Indian Hill, a Cincinnati suburb. When they arrived, I was stunned. Not only is Henry the cutest little pup ever, but dog-momma, Jenna, is absolutely gorgeous! To kick of my pet photography sessions, I always like to get the dog acquainted with my camera and me before we begin. Loving on the dogs, giving them treats, and allowing them to lick the lens (while the cap is still on) helps condition them that my camera and I are trustworthy and a friend. Obviously, puppy cuddles are the best part of the job! Henry was instantly my best friend! This mini Goldendoodle is only 4-months-old, but the most chill puppy I’ve ever met! He was Mr. Cool the whole time, just hanging with the ‘rents. ;) We actively had to try to get Henry hyper. He was a perfect model and even gave me the infamous dog head tilt!

The vibrant wildflowers at the park created the perfect backdrop to enhance this beautiful family. I soon discovered this little family wasn’t just beautiful on the outside, they were honestly the sweetest! Jenna and Justin were terrific at posing with Henry. Justin was super into the photoshoot, which was a breath of fresh air. Most husbands are “forced” to be at the session, and it definitely shows. Not Justin, though, the love he has for Jenna and Henry was evident. I can’t wait to see Henry grow into the perfect dog for this wonderful family.
